2022 is a wrap and what a year of learning and growing it has been for us at Symphony Foods. We moved out of the home kitchen and into The Hatchery, a food incubator; had our first full selling season at Farmers markets; launched 3 new categories of products- rice and sorghum chips, popped sorghum and puffed Sorghum, improved our formula and process for the sorghum crackers; launched our new Ecommerce website amongst the big milestones. As always for every high we had to plow through countless lows
As we have been formulating new products and processes and also growing our vendor base and professional organizations we have incorporated our pillars of Agriculture, Nutrition and Consumer needs and experience every step of the way.
Now onto 2023, International Year of Millets!
