Our Story

From seed to snack, our products promote a healthier world full of healthier people.

When we started this company, we asked a lot of people (and we mean a lot) what came to mind when we said “healthy snack food.” Many responded with words like “bland” or “cardboard” or “rice cake.”

It doesn’t have to be this way. Snacks can be uber-healthy AND tasty. You just need to use the right ingredients and the right processes.

Symphony Snacks was founded on this very idea. We use whole grains like sorghum to create a food that you can nosh on without the guilt. Bonus, we are free of the top allergens!

Hi, I am Shwetha or Shway as my friends and family call me. I spent more than a decade in the corporate world and then after a life altering diagnosis of Vasculitis, I decided to reinvent myself. I was looking for the right business opportunity to bring my retail experience, love for food and food history, trying to find the right snacks for my 2 beautiful kids who have food allergies and Symphony Foods was born over drinks and a nice meal!
